Fencecorp Australia takes pride in the manufacture and supply of premium fencing materials. We take care that every fencing product is in top-quality condition; each item listed on the Fencecorp Australia website is backed by a full manufacturer's warranty.

Returns

We further support your satisfaction with the quality of our fencing products by offering a 7-day return policy on most stock items purchased from our inventory. Returned items will only be refunded if the item is in resaleable condition (no scratches/marks visable - powdercoating finish in in original state - no faults). Non-returnable items are so noted in their product description.

This service does not apply to custom fencing designs or custom powder coated fencing products and is limited to purchase price only, excluding shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges for fencing products that were purchased with "free shipping" are also deducted from your return credit. Fencing product returns may also incur a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping

All orders delivered by transport are carefully packed on a pallet. Packing costs apply TBA depending on quantity, weight, and items purchased for packaging.

Although we're happy to help you arrange transport with a freight company close to your location, you are responsible to purchase transport for and organize the pick-up of your fencing purchase from our depot. Depending on your choice of transporter, your shipped order will be delivered either to a depot or directly to your location. However, for to-the-door delivery, extra charges may apply.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
