Returns

We further support your satisfaction with the quality of our fencing products by offering a strictly 5-day return policy on most stock items purchased from our inventory. RETURNED ITEMS will only be refunded if the item is in resaleable condition (no scratches or marks visable - powdercoating finish is in original state -" No Damage ").

This service does not apply to custom designed orders or custom requested powder coated orders /products and is limited to purchase price only (Excludes shipping , transporting & handling charges / orders with special discounts) .

All REFUNDS for any purchases made with FenceCorp Australia - will incur a 25 % re stocking & administration fee.       " Make your choice of goods purchased wisely "

Shipping / Packaging :

All orders delivered by freight / truck transport are usually requested to be carefully packed on a pallet.

PACKING COST APPLY - Price - TBA - depending on quantity, weight, and items purchased for packaging.

We can arrange transport / delivery of only local Brisbane Metro / Gold Coast / Sunshine Coats deliveries. Any other locations - It is the responsibility of the customer to organise / purchase own transport for delivery to desired location. Goods will be despatched from our Sumner  Park office.   

All orders must be paid in full - Prior to goods  despatched & shipped.
